Polly Pockets are back, and more popular than ever. See for yourself with this adorable lil pocket full of sunshine in that bitchin' historic remodel at the corner of S. Kingshighway and Chippewa. Everything inside (except for the walls) is brand new, because I know you love the charm and history of an old building, but also want sparkling appliances, fresh flooring, AND laundry onsite. Let's talk about that! This building really got a polishing, didn't it, Polly??! The basement has been revamped from dank and abandoned fallout shelter to a bright, modern, and useful hub of tenant activity! Full bike storage, app/wifi-enabled laundry, AND an INCLUDED storage unit for each apartment.

OH AND!! We worked out a lil deal w/ Spectrum, so you get 600mbps/70+channels for only an added $55/mo.

Off-street parking option out back but holy moly, you might just be biking all over your new fav. neighborhood, or hopping on the Bus that stops right out front! The convenience is- ahem- fuqqin' nutz. GREAT places to eat line the street; check out Bud's Pizza, The Golden Hoosier, Piper's Coffee. Then there's also Planet Fitness, Walgreens, and seafood spot all within a few lil Polly Pocket steps of your place!

APP STUFF:
We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you’ve rented before, we’ll also take a look at your past track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent).

PETS:
1 small dog up to 20lbs, or up to 2 cats; pet rent additional. Got a lizard or other teensy critter? No pet rent for you, just make sure it’s not plotting world domination.
