The movie itself is over 10 years old at this point- some of you may even be saying to yourselves- "which movie??" Well allow me to not tell you about it because I haven't seen it, but I do know it was titled Hancock, and it starred Will Smith as a corrupt(?tbh dunno if that's true to the plot but something like that), superhero named, indeed, Hancock.

The only thing this house has in common with the film is that I think of Will Smith every time I think about it.

Things the house has, that the movie could never compete with??
TWO FULL BATHROOMS BABEYYYYY. Modern-esque kitchen with newer cabinetry, electric range, microwave, portable dishwasher and great sunlight! A Basement! It has plenty of room(s) down there, but heads up, it's not technically a finished basement, so we don't consider it living space, but hang out, use for storage, etc... to your hearts content!
Okay, so the movie probably featured a few back yards, but this one is fenced!
Talk about super...
